Dubbed Youface, the imitator of the largest social network is an upstart unleashed by 22-year-old Ayub Abdulloh in May, Time’s Techland reported.
Competitors of the land include a social network known as Muloqot, which requires users to give up a cell-phone number in order to establish an account and was established by the government.
Facebook, hip to others invading global marketplaces that could be its, opened an office in Dubai this week.
