You Can Pray For Mike Shermer--He Doesn't Mind
Salon has a longish interview with Mike Shermer–author, Skeptic, and competitive cyclist. He’s got a new book Why Darwin Matters: The Case against Intelligent Design. He’s a friend of the family, so FBLA took advantage of the situation and called him up.
He said that Kevin Berger was well-prepared and knowledgeable, that they talked for a long time, and it’s a relief to have an interview where he’s not called upon to defend all non-believers. Mike attracts a certain crowd, and as he says militant atheists are almost as bad as reformed smokers.
