WTOP’s “Beltway Poll” announced this morning showed that more than 60% of those in the region don’t believe the Washington Redskins should change their name. Of the more than 600 surveyed in WTOP’s listening area, 69% say the team name controversy has not influenced their decision to purchase Redskins’ tickets or merchandise.
