Workplace by Facebook now offers an accelerated adoption program for regulated and deskless-workforce enterprise customers.
The social network’s answer to Slack teamed up with technology consultancy Talk Social to Me, which assists companies developing employee communications and social collaboration platforms, and bot and automation provider ServiceRocket on the program, Elevate.
Elevate will give Workplace by Facebook customers access to consulting services for critical-use cases in compliance management, spontaneous conversation trends and influencer coaching from Talk Social to Me, as well as the proprietary moderation and insights application from ServiceRocket (a one-year license on the latter).
Workplace by Facebook director of strategic product development Frerk-Malte Feller—who joined Facebook in May 2015 to lead monetization efforts for Messenger—said in a release announcing the partnership: “Our partner ecosystem plays a key role in helping customers get the most out of Workplace. We are excited that Talk Social to Me and ServiceRocket are joining forces to help organizations foster more collaboration, productivity and transparency.”
Talk Social to Me founder and CEO Carrie Basham Young added: “From our work with dozens of Workplace customers, we know that business value is best achieved when companies concerned with HIPAA [the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996], employee unions and large hourly populations can discover and respond immediately to business and social conversations. With our joint Elevate program, we alleviate common fears that come with unveiling companywide communication with a blend of technology and response guidance that provides solid guardrails for Workplace customers.”
And ServiceRocket founder and CEO Rob Castaneda said: “We’re excited to partner with the team at Talk Social to Me.
