PureWow, a women’s lifestyle publisher that targets millennials, has been purchased by the entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk.
As a result of the deal, Vaynerchuk will create a new company called The Gallery, with PureWow.com serving as the centerpiece.
PureWow CEO Ryan Harwood will become CEO of The Gallery. According to The Wall Street Journal, The Gallery will act a sister company to digital agency VaynerMedia.
