According to The Verge, affected users attempting to access the social network on their Windows Phone devices were met with 83CF1104 error messages, with status updates and portions of the News Feed still working, but photo updates and chat affected.
Belfiore tweeted:
FYI – some folks have experienced problems with Facebook feeds in WP8… the FB team is working on a fix as we speak.
