Will Fox Business Use WSJ Reporters?

Rupert Murdoch might be going green, but he’s still crafty. His EVP at Fox Business, Kevin Magee, believes he found a way to work around WSJ‘s deal with CNBC giving the rival network exclusive rights to use the paper’s talent on air. Speaking at the Always On conference, Magee said:

“There are some restrictions. We can’t just go ahead and use anything. I believe the restrictions involve regularly-scheduled, branded segments. There is a carve-out for non-business news and there is a carve-out for breaking news.”

Hmm.
