Following Tina Gaudoin’s departure from the top editorial spot at The Wall Street Journal‘s WSJ. lifestyle supplement, Women’s Wear Daily reports that Journal managing editor Robert Thomson is whittling down a list of possible replacements.
Citing sources, WWD says Marie Claire editor in chief Jenna Coles, ex-Men’s Vogue editor Horacio Silva, former W deputy editor Julie Belcove and ex-Domino editor Deborah Needleman are all in the running. A Journal spokesperson told WWD that “there is very hot competition,” for the gig.
Gaudoin recently joined the Euro version of the Journal as a contributing editor to help it expand its “Life & Style” section.
