Snapchat had a big influence on New York Fashion Week media coverage this year, but the social network that mattered most during the event was still Instagram.
Last week, our sister site SocialTimes noted that Instagram posts nearly doubled during this year’s event compared to last September’s…and that Michael Kors won the engagement game according to numbers collected by Curalate.
Here, via data provided by Chute Insights, is a different take on the brands that received the most mentions/likes/comments on Instagram during the event along with the most popular posts referencing those brands.

We should note that these surveys measured different things: the Michael Kors engagement numbers curated by Curalate concerned the brand’s own content and hashtag, while most of the posts listed above by Chute were third-party mentions of the clothes in question.
