Wheel in Budget: Might as Well Watch Paint Dry
This is a most absurd scene. A motorized electric cart wheeling the federal budget down an obscure hallway. Add flashbulbs going crazy and cameras actually filming the cardboard boxes being rolled into the beautiful Senate Budget Committee room, and there you have a day on Capitol Hill.
Then…more excitement. Yes! The opening of the cardboard boxes!
And photographers contorting themselves into funny positions and holding their cameras at odd angles to get just the right shot of those ugly boxes.
