But probably the most promising chicken-head story was provided by Dick Keil, the former Bloomberg News reporter Bush called “Stretch.” The 6-foot-5 Stretch recalled a 2001 news conference on the Bush ranch in Texas, when an unusually talkative Bush exhausted all questions and was finally asked what he had done that day.
