G2 Crowd, a destination for business and technology reviews, looked at how over 350 IT professionals rated social media management software on its site. Which platforms came out on top? In terms of customer satisfaction, the software with the highest reviews were:
- Hootsuite
- Agorapulse
- Sprout Social
- Grosocial
- Buffer
