Wesley Morris Leaves Boston Globe for Grantland

Wesley Morris, the Pulitzer-winning veteran of The Boston Globe, is leaving the paper for a full-time spot with Grantland. Morris has been with the Globe for the past 10 years. He had been a contributor to Grantland since 2011.

According to a memo obtained by Jim Romenesko, at Grantland he will continue to cover film and other pop culture subjects.

“For a moment, forget about the writing,” wrote Doug Most, the Globe’s feature editor, in the note to staffers.
