Man Gets Stuck In Storm Drain Planking

Here’s a news report about a 21-year old man that got stuck in a storm drain after allegedly being attacked by gang members.  He crawled into the drain to get his phone, which he says was thrown in by the gang members.  It’s a serious story, but nobody can seem to contain their laughter.  My favorite part is when the news reporter crawls into the storm drain to demonstrate.

The description on this video says, “I made a 24/h time-lapse video outside of my balcony on 5th and Spring in Downtown LA.  I noticed a peculiar man walking, err…drifting along the street as if the wind was blowing him and nothing else.  It’s 8 times the speed of normal time, so this video is about 5 minutes in real time.”  Do you believe the description that he simply “noticed” this random coincidence, or do you think it was staged?
