    The “Election Collection ’08” will provide complete candidate profiles organized in easy-to-navigate tabs, including biographical information, the latest news feeds, campaign event schedules, and fundraising data. Available as a portable application (widget), users can conveniently access washingtonpost.com’s campaign coverage from their personalized Web pages, blogs or social networks.

    washingtonpost.com, an award-winning news and information Web site, today announced it will host a series of live online discussions between readers and individual Republican and Democratic presidential candidates beginning Tuesday, October 9th. …

    Kicking off the round of discussions with Republican candidates, Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) will be online today at 3:00 pm ET. Democratic candidate sessions will follow over the coming weeks. Each forum will last one hour and take place live on washingtonpost.com. Readers will have the opportunity to submit questions before and during the events. Candidates will respond to questions and discuss the issues most important to readers.
