Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of experience in editorial management
Knowledge of and experience in digital media
An understanding of social media tools and platforms
Highly self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-sufficient
Ability to motivate and drive a team of intelligent, creative, and opinionated colleagues and direct reports
Ability to work collaboratively with peers in other departments to realize WCP’s goals
