Ward Sutton Looks at Political Branding

In case you missed it, the NY Times recently had a terrific feature by artist Ward Sutton, an illustrated critique of political candidates’ logos, both the ones currently running and going back to people like Dean and his yellow-ness and Bush and his macho, all-caps bold. It’s very brief, but it tackles each brand fairly completely in just a couple of bullet points for each, usually either ripping them a part or saying “nice effort, but you’ve got a few things you should have worked on some more.”
