Voice Columnist, Pynchon Niece Directs First Vivid Porno

chemistry_taormino.jpgWith a porn shoot overtaking Marc Jacobs store on Bleecker Street this week, it should be noted that Tristan Taormino, Village Voice sex columnist and niece of reclusive author Thomas Pynchon, yesterday released Chemistry, a 4-hour, 2-DVD Hi-Def film in which the actors were given their own “perv cams,” according to the release:

“The stars decided who they had sex with, when and where and this gave them freedom to be themselves. They really tested each other’s boundaries. We get to see raw emotions, spontaneous sex, explosive orgasms and that one ingredient that I think is so important: chemistry.”

Call it method acting, and call Taormino, author of The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women, Down and Dirty Sex Secrets and True Lust and Perversion, something of a porn directing visionary, then.

Meanwhile, Pynchon, according to Page Six, has never acknowledged Taormino’s porn career.
