This week security footage of a woman falling in a fountain while texting went viral on YouTube, amassing over 2.5 million views so far. Yesterday the woman, Cathy A. Cruz Marrero, appeared Good Morning America and CNN to talk about the anguish that the viral video has caused her and start rumors that she may be suing the mall where the security footage was taken. Now new information has surfaced. It looks like Marrero isn’t a stranger to going to court, but usually she’s the defendant rather than the plaintiff.
