Twitter's Vine Is Now Number One On The U.S. App Store (And Bigger Than Batman)
Just six months after being acquired (and only about ten weeks since it was officially launched), Vine, Twitter’s mobile video app, has hit the number one spot amongst all free apps on Apple’s U.S. App Store, beating the highly-rated DC Comics superhero title, Injustice: Gods Among Us, into second place.
Yep, that’s right. As of right now at least, Vine is officially bigger than Batman.
The news was announced by Vine’s creative director and co-founder Rus Yusupov.
