In January, Facebook prevented Twitter-owned video-sharing application Vine from accessing its find friends application-programming interface. Now, according to one report, the social network may be testing a video-sharing feature of its own.

A source close to Facebook told Matthew Keys of The Desk that the video-sharing feature was being tested internally, and it would allow users to upload videos of between five and 10 seconds from their mobile devices to Instagram, the photo-sharing network Facebook acquired last September.
