VeVite, Not Evite

VeViteLogo.jpgVeVite uses Twitter’s Direct Message feature to invite users to social events and direct them back to its site to RSVP, and comments on the event’s page are automatically shared via Twitter, TechCrunch reported.

Due to Twitter’s DM restrictions, hosts can invite only 250 people every 24 hours, but anyone can respond and RSVP if the event is classified as open, according to TechCrunch.

VeVite founder Sam Bensalem told TechCrunch Facebook and Gmail integration will be added in the next few weeks.
