When legendary journalist David Halberstam died in a car crash, the question lingered: Who would have the honor of printing Halberstam’s last article? If you guessed Vanity Fair, ding ding ding — you’re right. Graydon Carter had commissioned Halberstam to write a piece on Bush‘s efforts to secure his legacy. The article makes for a good read and it’s safe to say that Carter will be selling a few extra issues this month.
