As predicted by The OutCast Agency’s TJ Snyder, the Vanity Fair annual “New Establishment” list has been revealed and there are techies aplenty at the top. Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg is number one for a second year, and also on the list are Sergey Brin and Larry Page from Google (#2); Apple’s Tim Cook and Jonathan Ive (#4); and Twitter’s Jack Dorsey (#5).
