Trio of SoCal Outlets Nab 2011 Utne Independent Press Nominations
We have always been big fans of Santa Barbara based science and technology website Miller-McCune. In fact, if you missed Tom Jacobs’ recent story about how song lyrics in recent years have migrated from “we” love to “me” adoration, you should really check it out.
So it pleases FishbowlLA greatly to see Miller-McCune among the three area nominees for 2011 Utne Reader Independent Press Awards, alongside – in the Social/Culture category – GOOD and make/shift. Per the press release:
