uSocial.net: Twitter Trying to Shut Us Down

Web-promotions company uSocial.net claims that Twitter is trying to shut it down by accusing it via a brand-management organization of using the social-networking service for spam purposes.

uSocial.net adds that its Twitter marketing services are a means of enabling companies without Twitter accounts to reach users and helping those with Twitter accounts to expand their followings.

uSocial.net CEO Leon Hill said:

The definition of spam is using electronic messaging to send unsolicited communication and, as we don’t use Twitter for this, the claims are false.
