USA Today, for the first time in its 34-year history, has taken a side in a presidential race. Well, sort of. In a scathing editorial, the paper certainly bashed Donald Trump. But it didn’t do much beyond that.
The USA Today piece called Trump “unfit for the presidency” and declared “he has demonstrated repeatedly that he lacks the temperament, knowledge, steadiness and honesty that America needs from its presidents.” The editorial then laid out the many reasons Trump is terrible.
