USA Today EIC David Callaway Is Headed to TheStreet

Patty Michalski will take over as interim EIC.

USA Today editor in chief David Callaway will be heading to TheStreet next month to serve as CEO of the financial news organization. He’ll be taking over for Larry Kramer, who has been serving in that position in an interim capacity since Feb. 2016. Kramer will stay on as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors.

Incidentally, it was Larry Kramer who hired Callaway for the EIC role at USA Today back in July 2012, when Kramer was president and CEO of the publication.
