Uri Friedman Named Global Editor of TheAtlantic.com

Uri Friedman is rejoining The Atlantic as global editor of its website, TheAtlantic.com. Friedman comes to The Atlantic from Foreign Policy, where he served as deputy managing editor. Friedman is succeeding Olga Khazan, who is moving into a writing role.

In related news, Moisés Naím is joining TheAtlantic.com as contributing editor to the global channel. Moisés was editor-in-chief of Foreign Policy from 1996 to 2010, and most recently served as chief international columnist for El Pais and La Repubblica, newspapers in Spain and Italy, respectively.
