Some additional details regarding the shuttering of Jane, confirmed by FishbowlNY:
- Editor Brandon Holley is leaving the company.
- VP/Publisher Carlos Lamadrid is also out.
- Approximately 60 staffers affected, who are interviewing for (but not guaranteed) positions within Condé Nast.
- A satellite staff will put out the August issue, which will be Jane’s last.
