Twitter To Receive Japan-US "World Changer" Award

On Friday, Twitter and Japanese-based mobile gaming company DeNA will receive the first annual “World Changer” award.

The ceremony for the award will be given at Sanford University by the Japan Society of Northern California. It recognizes US and Japanese companies who are changing our world with their products, services and vision.

James Kondo, the country manager for Japan, will accept the award on behalf of Twitter. He will discuss the impact that Twitter had in Japan after the earthquake and Tsunami in March.
