Twitter Snags C-SPAN's Sharp

HuffPost’s Sam Stein reports that Twitter made its first Washington D.C. hire today.  The micro-blogging giant snagged C-SPAN EP Adam Sharp to help champion the company’s use on Capitol Hill and in the Washington media.  Prior to joining C-SPAN, Sharp worked for Sen.
