Twitter Rolling Out Contributors, Nudging @you

The folks over at TechCrunch pointed out a pair of interesting developments at Twitter: The microblogging service started rolling out its Contributors feature, and a bug was discovered in the retweet function on its hovercards, which are also in the process of being rolled out.

Contributors allows multiple users to Tweet from a single account and includes information below the Tweet on who sent it.

As for the hovercard issue, if the user is the person who retweeted an item, the hyperlink is included in the section where it tells you that “you” were the one who did the retweeting, linking to Twitter account @you, which has been inactive for nearly one year, with the last Tweet, by someone named Wallace, saying, “I kill people who nudge me.”
