Twitter Adds Seventh Language, Korean, to Official Translations

Twitter is expanding its global reach in its latest move to add Korean as an official language. Twitter.com and Twitter’s mobile app are now available in Korean, and the apps for Android and iPhone have been updated as well.

Twitter announced this new translation in a Korean language post on their official blog. The update came as a response to the growing demand for Twitter in South Korea, as there are ten times more Twitter users in this country today than there were a year ago.
