A Dutch marketing agency is accepting applications for an account manager and a strategic planner…in 140 characters or fewer.
Utrecht-based Energize has created a page that looks just like Twitter (but isn’t) where applicants write 140 characters about themselves and attach a resume.
It’s called a “twillicitatie” (or, in English, a “twapplication“which sounds dirty!). But is it a gimmick or a way to recruit only succinct employees? Or both?
