Turkish web video fanatics will be happy to learn that they are finally able to access YouTube again, after a ban of two and a half years. The YouTube blackout officially began in May 2008, following a year of on and off bans. But will the reinstatement last? Will YouTube be able to celebrate Thanksgiving with turkey this year?

YouTube was originally banned in Turkey because of questionable material on the site that insulted the founder of modern Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.
