TubeMogul’s Video Syndication Service Finds A New Home At OneLoad.com

If you use TubeMogul’s video syndication and analytics service to upload once and easily distribute your videos to multiple platforms in one go (YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter, Blip, DailyMotion, etc.), you’re in for a bit of a change. The company has moved its service to a new location, independent of TubeMogul, at OneLoad.com.

Why the change?  The company explains on the TubeMogul blog.  “The impetus for the move is to give OneLoad its own identity independent of TubeMogul, a brand that steadily shifted its meaning in the past year as the company’s real-time media buying platform for video ads grew rapidly with brand advertisers and trading desks.  OneLoad will no longer be accessible from TubeMogul.com, which is now exclusively dedicated to the company’s flagship video platform.”

Aside from the name and domain, nothing is changing for users of the service.  You can still sign in using your old TubeMogul login information on the new site.

This might take a little getting used to as “TubeMogul” has become something of a household name for video producers that have used the service for years now in order to upload and syndicate their videos all over the web.  However, I’ve got a feeling that this move is going to ultimately make the service even more popular.  OneLoad is such a fitting name for the service that lets you load your video once, and then does all the hard work for you.

Have you used TubeMogul for video syndication in the past?  What do you think about the move to OneLoad.com?
