FishbowlDC hears that candidates who applied for the highly sought after 2008 presidential campaign embed reporter positions at NBC/MSNBC will learn of their fate today.
Who will get it?
Lots of folks have applied and the MSNBC folks have spent much of this week interviewing candidates and testing out their on-air chops.
We hear that the pay isn’t amazing and that there may not even be that much air time on MSNBC/NBC, but it remains a valuable position (especially for young reporters) because a.) it could lead to something bigger and better if you impress the NBC family and b.) how often do jobs like these open up nowadays?
