Time Publishes Two Gay Marriage Covers
We love the two new Time covers. It’s two couples kissing. That’s all. Nothing more, nothing less. Interestingly, Rick Stengel, Time’s managing editor, wrote in this week’s issue that the covers were hotly debated topic.
“We had a long debate in our offices about this week’s cover images of two same-sex couples,” wrote Stengel. “Some thought they were sensationalist and too in-your-face. Others felt the images were beautiful and symbolized the love that is at the heart of the idea of marriage.
