Sources tell FishbowlDC that all the “getting to know you” interviews and time lapses between layoffs at CQ-Roll Call are nothing more than theatrics. We’ve been told that management picked dream teams from the combined pool of reporters before the ink on the acquisition had even dried.
Sources say that the looming layoffs in editorial will happen this week and a tipster tells us that the org’s conference rooms have been booked solid by HR/management this Thursday in anticipation.
