Zynga’s The Ville is still on top of the week’s list of fastest-growing Facebook games by monthly active user, taking the No. 1 position with 5.9 million MAU for an 11 percent gain.
FreshPlanet’s SongPop is also continuing its run of winning traffic. The game brought in 1.2 million MAU this week, an 8 percent gain that snagged the No. 2 spot. Social Point’s Dragon City came in at No. 3 with 600,000 MAU for a 6 percent increase. Zynga’s Bubble Safari was took the No. 4 spot with 500,000 MAU, a 2 percent increase. Finally, Zynga’s Texas HoldEm Poker was also up by 500,000 MAU, a 1 percent game that let it round out the top five games on the list.
The gains this week were relatively low, most of which fell below twenty percent. Four games had traffic increases greater than 15 percent. Zynga’s Ruby Blast was up by 400,000 MAU, a 16 percent increase. Cmune’s first person shooter UberStrike was up 200,000 MAU, an 18 percent gain. Lifo Interactive’s Olympic Games City is apparently still benefitting from leftover Olympics fever with 140,000 MAU, up 16 percent. Finally, FreshPlanet’s Dreamland brought in 110,000 MAU for a 26 percent increase.
