So I’m walking back to Georgetown and there’s a guy who sure looks like Dana Milbank being filmed walking down K St. at Thomas Jefferson while carrying a black umbrella. For the record, there was no rain, no snow, no sun and he was practically under the Whitehurst Freeway.
