The New York Times: Unaware There Are No Phones in the Afterlife?

As most of you know Jesse Helms died last Friday July 4 (a last act of patriotism depending on whom you talk to). We first saw the news on the front page of the Times website. However the news apparently did not reach all the employees there. Via Passport comes word that there was a small error in the lead story of the Sunday Times Business section.
