If one provides the affluent readers, advertisers — luxury advertisers, natch — will follow (despite the ad recession). If Anna Wintour taught us anything by the morbidly obese September issue of Vogue, it was that old money is impervious to the vicissitudes of the economy. T: The New York Times Style Magazine, which is published 15 times a year, likewise, is doing gangbusters. From the press release:
