Rene Lee, the designer who brought us the Bento Book modular laptop, has another unusual gadget to show off. Her latest idea, the Flex, is a flexible, expandable tablet that doubles as a laptop, eReader, media tablet, and display unit.
The design is dependent on a rollable screen and flexible batteries, so it’s not very practical. It has speakers on the corners and all the computer chips are on the left and right edges.
We’re probably never going to see it on the market, but it does look cool.
