Sources tell FishbowlDC that Andy Baldwin, the navy doc who made ladies swoon on “The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman,” the show’s tenth season, has moved back to the District.
You may recall that the reality star called DC home a few years ago before moving to San Diego. Expect to see the bachelor hit Washington’s party circuit with his DC media BFFs Pamela Sorensen of “Pamela’s Punch” and former FBDC editor Matt Dornic in 3, 2, 1….
