The Atlantic Names Marketing VP

Michael Monroe joins from Forbes.

The Atlantic has named Michael Monroe vp of marketing/head of Atlantic Re:think, the magazine’s creative marketing division.

Monroe most recently served as Forbes’ vice president of marketing. He had been with Forbes since 2006.

“Mike brings incredible creativity, experience, and leadership to Re:think at a moment when we’re continuing to invest in this key part of our company,” said Atlantic senior vp and publisher Hayley Romer, in a statement.
