The American Music Awards 2013  topped Nielsen’s SocialGuide this week. The guide is a weekly list that highlights the top television shows that are being tweeted about week-to-week.

The Twitter TV analytics tool measures activity across 239 TV channels. SocialGuide releases a weekly Top-10 list of the television shows that are garnering the most social attention. Here is more about Nielsen’s process:
