Time Unveils 10 'Person of The Year' Finalists
Time’s Person of The Year has been narrowed down to 10 people; only three of which are women. So, sorry women. You should probably do more good things to have a shot at winning the award next year. Or at least just stick your tongue out a lot and make shitty music. That seemed to work for Miley Cyrus.
Below are the 10 finalists. Nancy Gibbs, Time’s managing editor, will announce the winner Wednesday, December 11 on the Today show.
Bashar Assad, President of Syria
Jeff Bezos, Amazon Founder
Ted Cruz, Texas Senator
Miley Cyrus, Singer
Pope Francis, Leader of the Catholic Church
Barack Obama, President of the United States
Hassan Rouhani, President of Iran
Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services
Edward Snowden, N.S.A.
