Televisa Publishing + Digital, a division of Spanish-language media giant Grupo Televisa, is combining two of its magazines aimed at Hispanic business leaders. The titles are the Latin America-focused Poder Magazine and Hispanic Enterprise, which is solely distributed in the U.S.
The resulting magazine will be called Poder (Power) Enterprise and will have a combined, mostly free distribution of 125,000 in the U.S. when it relaunches in September. Like Poder Magazine, it will be distributed 11 times a year.
